Our Story
From One Lot to Managed Locations
Modern Parking Inc. (MPI) was founded in 1994 with a simple mission: deliver exceptional parking management with integrity, technology, and a personal touch. What started as a single-lot operation has grown into one of Southern California's most trusted parking management companies.
Today, we serve clients across Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Ventura, San Diego, and Santa Barbara. Our team manages parking for commercial towers, medical campuses, retail centers, and municipal facilities.
We've grown by investing in our people and our technology. Our proprietary reporting and operations platforms give clients real-time visibility and give our team the tools to deliver consistently excellent service at scale.
